Welcome to D.C.C Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking, accessing, or using any of our studio spaces, services, or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

D.C.C Studios provides studio rental services, podcast and video recording services, consultations, and related production offerings. These Terms govern all studio bookings, add-ons, and use of our facilities. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

 

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

• All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours for both studio rentals and podcast sessions.

• Payment is required to secure your reservation.

• Studio rental pricing covers space only unless otherwise stated.

• Podcast reservations include studio space, a 3-camera setup, lighting, and audio engineering handled by our team.

• Add-on services incur additional fees and must be selected at the time of booking.
   

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing adjustments will not affect previously confirmed bookings.

 

3. OVERTIME POLICY

Your booking time must include setup, breakdown, and wrap-up.
Staying beyond your reserved time will result in overtime charges billed at the studio’s hourly rate.

To avoid overtime fees, please plan your session accordingly and exit the studio by the end of your booked period.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All cancellations or schedule changes must follow the guidelines stated on our booking platform.
Failure to cancel within the allowed window may result in forfeiture of your payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. STUDIO RULES & USAGE POLICIES

5.1 Restricted Areas

Hallways and common areas outside the studio may not be used for filming, photography, staging, or gathering.

5.2 Cleanliness

You must remove all personal belongings, food, and trash upon departure.
Any items left behind will be discarded.

​

5.3 Content Restrictions

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following are NOT permitted inside the studio:

• Music videos

• Nudity or adult content

• Confetti or glitter

• Open flames

• Illegal substances

5.4 Furniture & Props

• Do not place shoes or feet on furniture.

• Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to its original position after use.

• Damage to props or furniture may result in repair or replacement fees.
   

5.5 Extra Guests

Unapproved guests will incur a fee of $25 per person, per hour.
All additional guests must be approved by studio management prior to arrival.

5.6 Food & Drink

Food and beverages are permitted only in the designated kitchen/dining area.
If spills or stains occur, please notify a staff member immediately.
Damage fees may be applied at our discretion.

5.7 Noise & Music

External speakers are prohibited.
Music must be played through a phone, laptop, or studio Bluetooth vanity mirror only.
Violation of noise policies may result in penalties or removal from the property.

5.8 Smoking & Prohibited Substances

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Illegal drugs and open flames are not allowed at any time.
Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of booking privileges.

6. EQUIPMENT & FOOTAGE DELIVERY

• Raw footage is delivered electronically within 24–48 hours.

• Add-on items (e.g., additional cameras, BTS photography, teleprompter) incur flat or hourly fees.

• Edits up to 1 hour long are subject to a per-edit fee; rush edits incur an additional charge.

7. DAMAGE, LIABILITY & SECURITY

7.1 Property Damage

You are responsible for any damage caused to studio property, furniture, props, or equipment during your booking. Damage fees will vary based on severity.

7.2 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

​

7.3 Security

The studio is monitored and protected by a 24/7 security and alarm system.
By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you may be recorded for safety and security purposes.

8. TIME EXTENSIONS

Requests for additional time must be made as early as possible. Approval depends on studio availability and is not guaranteed.

​

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creative work produced by guests within the studio belongs to the creator(s).
We do not claim ownership of your content.
However, we reserve the right to use behind-the-scenes or studio imagery for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. WEBSITE USE

By accessing our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or compromise our systems or violate any applicable laws.

All content on our website — including branding, text, images, graphics, and layouts — is the property of D.C.C Studios or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

​

 

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

D.C.C Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
